Over time, we unconsciously acquire certain behavioural, physical and thought patterns that shape our lives. If we are mentally unhappy, this is directly reflected in physical and mental complaints. This is because the mind and body always work together.
The key is for you to recognise when and how you are acting in patterns that drain your energy. I accompany and guide you in this process of becoming aware, with the aim of self-empowerment. Through my many years of professional practice and life experience, I have come to realise that holism is an approach that can be applied and transferred to all areas of life. My holistic approach is based on the identification of individual physical and mental patterns and attitudes, with the aim of providing my clients with the best possible professional and personal support.
Because every person has very individual abilities and qualities that need to be developed. The intention of my approach is to strengthen and discover the special abilities that you naturally possess or have developed over time. Due to pressure to perform and external expectations, we often lose awareness of them or experience that they are increasingly fading. This is where I come in.
I draw attention to the body, thoughts, abilities, personal goals, professional structures and current life circumstances. Through targeted movements, dialogue impulses and breathing techniques, I support you in resolving inner and outer conflicts, freeing yourself from resistance and shedding stuck mental and physical attitudes.
Everyone is different and that’s a good thing. Together we will find your individual approach for a fulfilled life and a successful future.
HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
After the initial contact, we will get to know you free of charge over the phone for about 30 minutes.
The duration of an individual session is 60-90 minutes.
You name what’s bothering you and I’ll take care of how we can tackle it.
Together we will sharpen your goal and make it visible and concrete. I will accompany you in your approach to your topic, in your discussion of it and support you in finding your own solution. This also includes defining concrete next steps that you can tackle and implement with confidence after our session and thus make progress on your topic.
The number of hours depends on your topic and your needs. Basically, there is no rule as to how long a process takes. We proceed according to your needs and available time. Anything is possible, from a one-off session to weekly sessions over several months or longer.
