HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER BY PHONE

After the first contact, we will get to know you free of charge over the phone (about 30 minutes).

SINGLE SESSION

The duration of an individual session is 60-90 minutes.

You name what concerns you and I will accompany you to identify the solution and define the how.

FORMULATE GOALS

Together we will formulate your goal and make it visible. I will accompany you in your approach to your topic, in your discussion of it and support you in finding your own solution. This also includes defining the next steps in concrete terms so that you are encouraged after each session and can move forward with your topic.

FURTHER MEETINGS

The number of hours depends on your topic and your needs. In principle, there is no rule as to how long a process takes. We proceed according to your needs and available time. Anything is possible, from a one-off session to weekly sessions over several months or longer.

All appointments are possible online or at my premises. On-site at your company is also possible, by arrangement.

How does the collaboration work?

Contact me without obligation and we will discuss together where your team’s pain points, difficulties and challenges lie. In order for me to get a clear picture of the ACTUAL situation, it is important to visualise what aspects or parts of the TARGET situation are missing. Together we define the amount of work, the time frame and everything else.

My capacity to work for you as a Scrum Master in your mandate is currently max. 60% within the regular working week. As the needs are different, the duration of the collaboration varies. Typical periods are 3, 6, 12 months or even longer (by arrangement).

The scope and duration are therefore flexible and are always tailored to requirements.

It is essential for our collaboration that I familiarise myself with processes, procedures and structures. To do this, I visit your company and work closely with your team. This gives me a comprehensive picture and allows me to identify responsibilities, expectations, workload, communication structures and conflict hotspots.

We then define what the desired target situation is.
