Then mental training is just the thing for you!
THE METHOD
Personal coaching focuses primarily on helping a person to identify their goals, overcome obstacles and develop concrete steps to achieve these goals. Coaching is therefore primarily life coaching. As a systemic coach, I am your supportive partner who encourages you to find your own answers and solutions through questions, reflection and feedback, so that you become your own best life coach. Coaching is helping people to help themselves and can be applied in many different areas of life
including career, leadership, personal development and relationships etc.
The focus is often on the here and now and on concrete action plans for the near future.

After the first contact, we will get to know you free of charge over the phone (about 30 minutes).
The duration of an individual session is 60-90 minutes.
You name what's bothering you and I'll take care of how we can tackle it.
Together we will formulate your goal and make it visible. I will accompany you in your approach to your topic, in your discussion of it and support you in finding your own solution.
This also includes defining the next steps in concrete terms so that you are encouraged after each session and can make progress on your topic.
The number of hours depends on your topic and your needs. Basically, there is no rule as to how long a process takes. We proceed according to your needs and available time. Anything is possible, from a one-off session to weekly sessions over several months or longer.
All appointments are possible online or on site.
