THE METHOD
Yoga is a form of exercise that creates an awareness of our inner tensions and blockages through the mindful movement of the body (asanas) and the control of the breath (pranayama). The breath is used for self-soothing and self-regulation and can be used in a targeted manner.
Get to know yoga exercises and various breathing techniques from hatha yoga that will bring a breath of fresh air into your life. Experience the flow of your breath in harmony with physical tension and relaxation.
We release blockages through movement and relaxation, open up meditative spaces and thus strengthen our life energy. Get to know the philosophical and therapeutic side of yoga with me.

THE METHOD
In a 1:1 session, I take a very individual approach to you, your body and your mental state and can therefore provide you with optimal support and guidance. With my private lessons, for example, you can find your way into yoga more easily, do something good for yourself for an hour and feel more balanced again.
But it may also be that you simply want to do yoga flexibly when it fits in with your schedule, when it fits into your schedule. We can focus on stretching, strengthening, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, yoga therapeutic and philosophical aspects in order to train according to your needs.

THE METHOD
Yoga therapy is a holistic method that aims to promote your physical, mental and emotional health. It uses the principles and techniques of yoga to address individual health problems and improve well-being. Based on your medical history, I will develop a customized exercise program for you. This may include asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation techniques.
Unlike traditional yoga, which is often practiced in groups, yoga therapy is tailored to the needs of the individual and is used both preventatively and therapeutically. It helps to prevent health problems and supports the healing and management of existing conditions such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain and more.
By becoming aware of and processing your past experiences, your own life story comes to life, which helps you to find and strengthen an authentic inner voice.

This includes a thorough medical history and individual assessment by questioning and examining your individual needs and state of health. This includes both physical and psychological aspects.

Personalized exercise programs: Based on your medical history, I will develop a customized exercise program for you. This can include asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation techniques.
Continuous support and adjustment: Your progress is monitored regularly and the program is adjusted accordingly. This ensures that the therapy remains dynamic and always responds to your changing needs.
Yoga therapy promotes your self-awareness and personal responsibility. The exercise program comprises 4 sessions of 20 minutes each per week to integrate what you have learned into your everyday life and achieve long-term health changes. Your willingness is a prerequisite!
