Yoga in small groups

This yoga includes gentle, meditative as well as challenging, restorative exercises and concludes with active relaxation. The exercises address thought activity, which leads to more attention, concentration and inner peace.

The course is suitable for everyone. It is practiced without pressure and expectations. Each participant gets to know their own limits and gradually grows beyond them.

Online yoga

With my live online yoga classes, I help you to do something good for yourself from the comfort of your own home. You can save yourself a trip to the gym and still treat yourself to that little bit extra for the day.

This online course is aimed at anyone who would like to train from any location and still want comprehensive support from me. The course is held in Swiss German. A group course for 4 or more people can also be held in English or French on request.

Private lessons

In a private lesson, I can respond to you, your body and your mental state individually and thus provide you with optimal support and guidance.

With my private lessons, for example, you can find your way into yoga more easily, do yourself some good for an hour and feel more balanced again. But it could also be that you simply want to do yoga flexibly when it fits into your schedule. You can focus on stretching, strengthening, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, yoga therapy and much more to suit your needs.
